Abstract

|
Mergalgia paresthetica (MP) is a condition characterized by tingling, numbness, and pain in the anterolateral thigh. It is caused by an entrapment or neuropathy of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve (LFCN) passing through the inguinal ligament. Meanwhile, spinal meningioma is a one of common benign tumors that can cause pain, motor weakness, bowel or bladder dysfunction, paresthesia, numbness, and cold or hot sensation. In present report, we describe a case of spinal meningioma found in patient suspected of MP.
